Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every course on OneDigitalite. If a course is not right for you, this is how refunds work.

1. 7-day refund

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course.

2. When refunds are not available

• After 7 days, or after 25% of the course has been completed.
• After a certificate of completion has been issued.
• Courses bought with a 100% coupon, or marked "non-refundable" on the course page.
• Accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Use (for example sharing or recording content).

3. How to request a refund

Email [to be added]">[to be added] from your registered email with your order/invoice number and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.

4. How you get your money back

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (bank processing times may vary). Access to the refunded course ends once the refund is approved.

5. Failed or double payments

If money was debited but the course was not unlocked, or you were charged twice, write to us with the transaction details. Such amounts are refunded in full, usually within 5–7 working days.
